Fighting Free Radicals Blueberry-Kiwi Smoothie

Blueberries are one of the best sources of antioxidants. Antioxidants protect cells in your body from free radical damage that can occur from exposure to certain chemicals, smoking, pollution, etc.
An easy way to incorporate blueberries in day is with a smoothie. Here’s one of my favorites, I hope you enjoy!
Blueberry-kiwi smoothie
Recipe:
SERVINGS: 1
1 serving Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup 100% pure coconut water (or almond milk)
1 Kiwi
1/2 cup unsweetened frozen blueberries
Fill with ice
Directions:
Combine Ingredients, add ice and blend to desired thickness.
