You're Invited To An Evening of Empowerment

I would love for you to join me for an evening of empowerment, on Thursday, July 26th 6:30 – 8:00 p.m at the beautiful Ipswich Country Club.

As many of you already know, it is a passion of mine to help other women become their own health advocate. I realize how challenging it is navigating your way through the conventional model of health care. You doctor only treats your symptoms, and doesn’t offer you any guidance on prevention.

Whether you’ve received a recent diagnosis, sudden or long-term weight gain, loss of focus, and low energy, the information shared during this event will help you recognize those things in your life that may be contributing to your ill-health, and steps to take to help improve your symptoms. I have lived through this myself, and have made it my life’s work to help empower others looking for direction. And as a health coach, I see first-hand how confused, frustrated and annoyed women are when it comes to aging, and their health. There is so much conflicting information out there, such as which diet to follow, or how much exercise and sleep is best. Questions such as "Is going gluten-free healthy?" Or, “What can I do to protect me from bone loss?” Or, “How can I improve my overall energy?”

With an epidemic of chronic disease on the rise, now, more than ever, we need to address what we’re doing to our bodies, and ways to improve our health as we age.

Age is number; aging is a choice.

This evening is all about educating you on the current model of disease-care, and how we can take back control of our health and our weight to live a quality life, instead of a mediocre life.

There will be a panel discussion, followed by light bites and a cash bar.

I hope you can join us! To register, go to:

Dr. Jeanne Barry, Middleton Nutrition, is one of about 500 health practitioners in the United States who has attained an Advanced Clinical Training Graduate status in the field of Nutrition Response Testing. Dr. Jeanne works with individuals to help identify the stressors that get in the way of healing and health. She acknowledges those women who suffer from various health issues, and she believes health resides in each of us, but various stressors have smothered our ability to be well. Nutrition Response Testing helps reduce/remove the stressors and reveal health again. To learn more about Dr. Jeanne Barry visit https://www.middletonnutrition.com/

Elisabeth Campo, Ever skincare executive.

After her father, a pediatric oncologist, was diagnosed with breast cancer, Elisabeth discovered she had inherited a mutation to the cancer-suppressing BRCA gene, making her extremely high-risk for several cancers including breast, ovarian, skin and pancreatic cancers. That high-risk diagnosis coupled with the "good luck" of having the naturally aging face of a 40+-year-old woman led her to discover EVER and a passion for ingredient safety education and the clean beauty movement. Elisabeth is passionate about educating others on the importance of product and food safety, to keep a cancer diagnosis at bay. She believes early detection, prevention, and risk-reduction are all extremely important, not only for BRCA mutation carriers but for everyone else as well. Donna Markussen, author, speaker, and Empowerment Health Coach, teaches us the awareness of the functional medicine approach that addresses the underlying cause of disease. As a breast cancer survivor and advocate, Donna shares through her work, as well as her inspirational memoir “Finding My Way, Facing My Journey With Courage,” her personal struggles with disease, including her own battle with the autoimmune disease, chronic full body pain, and how she reversed her symptoms, therefore stopping all medications, through lifestyle changes, whole foods nutrition, and self-care. Donna is currently working on her second book, Finding Health In The Modern World. She hopes to educate and inspire others to become their own health advocate.
